Sales Strategy & Execution:- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Allocate territories and resources effectively to maximize coverage and productivity.
- Ensure execution of promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Handle escalated client issues and provide high-level customer service.
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, team productivity, and territory metrics.
- Provide accurate forecasts and contribute to sales budgeting and planning.
- Use CRM tools to monitor pipeline activity and ensure data accuracy.
With 2-3 years of Sales or Retail Experience
