About the Role The role will operate in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, communication and commitment to complete tasks are paramount. The Installation Coordinator will work closely with Installation and Admin team, and with the wider Project Management team and provide support in scheduling, expense management and recording, and prospecting of technicians in various locations in Australia. This role suits those who have attention to detail, critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability, ability to work independently and collaboratively, a quick learner with a flare for picking up on new systems with ease and is a clear and concise communicator. Responsibilities Work with Project Coordinator and Project Manager on installations scheduling and their requests for technicians; Create job requests for technicians and communicating with technicians regarding installation requirements; Update technician schedule sheet; Update Field Technician Sheet; Ensure all the technician's relevant documents are up to date, including compliance, OH&S, payments processing and recording. Knowledge and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in any field 1 year experience in an administrative or coordinator role an advantage Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Highly adept in Office Applications is a critical skill Previous experience with SAP an advantage Benefits and Remuneration Competitive compensation package HMO on Day 1 and many other cool perks Fun work environment with opportunities for learning and growth Day shift with AU business hours Regular Social / Team Building Events Why Join Us?
