We are hiring INSTALLATION MANAGER, SITE QUALITY INSPECTOR and SENIOR PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST Join our growing team and be part of a leading renewable energy project. INSTALLATION MANAGER The WTG Installation Manager supports the Site Manager in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of wind turbine installation projects. This role ensures installations are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards , while coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to meet project goals. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage installation schedules, resources, and logistics. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams for timely material delivery. Lead on‑site installation teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Promote strong HSE practices and conduct risk assessments. Oversee technical execution, monitor progress, and resolve site issues. Support budget control, reporting, and project documentation. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to align on project objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Candidates with degrees in any engineering discipline will be considered for this position. Proven experience in wind turbine installation or renewable energy projects. A minimum of 5–7 years of wind turbine installation experience is required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in project management tools and reporting systems. Excellent problem‑solving and multitasking abilities. Willing to travel and work in outdoor and high‑altitude environments. Preferred Project Management certification (e.g., PMP). Experience with specific WTG models or technologies. SITE QUALITY INSPECTOR The WTG Site Quality Inspector ensures all on‑site activities related to wind turbine (WTG) reception, installation, and commissioning comply with Envision's quality standards, technical specifications, and HSE requirements. Key Responsibilities Inspect incoming WTG components (blades, towers, nacelles, hubs) for damage or defects. Conduct in‑process and final inspections during turbine erection (mechanical, electrical, structural). Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and installation procedures. Identify, report, and monitor non‑conformities and corrective actions. Coordinate with installation, commissioning, and subcontractor teams to resolve site quality issues. Maintain inspection records, reports, and quality documentation. Support audits, site walk‑downs, and quality briefings. Promote safe work practices and mentor new inspectors. Qualifications Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field. 2–4 years' experience in quality inspection or QC, preferably in wind or construction. Knowledge of turbine installation, ISO standards, and QMS processes. Skilled in reading engineering drawings and using inspection tools/software. GWO, LOTO, and Working at Heights certifications preferred. Strong attention to detail, communication, and English reporting skills. Able to work under pressure and in remote outdoor environments. SENIOR PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST We are seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist with robust experience in logistics, heavy equipment installations and O&M services to manage our sourcing operations efficiently. This role requires expertise in handling large‑scale procurement activities and a strategic approach to vendor management and cost optimization. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute procurement strategies for logistics services, heavy equipment installations and O&M services that align with the company's objectives. Manage the end‑to‑end procurement process for logistics and crane installation services, including transportation, storage, and heavy lifting operations necessary for large component installations. Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and adherence to delivery schedules and quality standards. Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to understand technical requirements and ensure the procurement of appropriate equipment and services. Conduct the supplier selection process, conduct performance reviews, and maintain a preferred supplier list that meets quality, cost, and delivery targets. Implement procurement policies and procedures that comply with international standards and local regulations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on cost reduction and efficiency enhancements. Provide regular reporting to management on procurement status and savings. The role involves periodic trips within the country away from the primary work location. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, with significant exposure to big component transportation, logistics and crane operations, preferably in the renewable energy sector. Excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record of managing complex supplier relationships. Strong coordination skills, able to manage and align multiple project stakeholders. Advanced problem‑solving capabilities, adept at devising effective solutions under tight deadlines and in complex project environments. Proficient in English and Filipino. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team‑oriented environment. Preferred Experience with international procurement and working with cross‑functional global teams. Demonstrated experience in wind turbine projects, understanding specific logistical and installation challenges.
