Overview Talent Acquisition Specialist (Agent Hiring) — Probe CX Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Responsibilities Responsible for full-cycle recruitment: screening/initial interview, calibration, scheduling of interview, background check, and job offer endorsement to onboarding, keeping warm of candidates Ad Hoc - update trackers, sending of recruitment masterlist, send offboarding requests to hiring managers, respond to inquiries, and creation of reports/data Redeployment Partner with the recruiting team and lead to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements Maintain a steady and updated recruitment pipeline and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to effectively identify risks ahead of time and provide resolution as soon as possible Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external affiliates/partners of the company with goals to build credibility and partnership for improving yields Achieve individual performance specific to attendance, punctuality and schedule adherence Consistent adherence to company policies and code of conduct Qualifications With at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, and talent acquisition, specifically in a BPO set-up Amenable to a full work onsite set-up in Wilcon IT Hub Makati City Job details Seniority level : Associate Employment type : Full-time Job function : Human Resources Industries : Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Probe CX by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
