You’ll partner with hiring managers, tap into various talent networks, and make sure each candidate’s journey is a great one.**Duties and Responsibilities:*** Responsible for full-cycle of recruitment: Screening/initial interview, calibration, scheduling of interview, background check, and job offer endorsement to onboarding, keeping warm of candidates* Ad Hoc - update trackers, sending of recruitment masterlist, send offboarding requests to hiring managers, respond to inquiries, and creation of reports/data* Redeployment* Partner with the recruiting team and lead to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies.* Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements.* Maintain a steady and updated recruitment pipeline and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to effectively identify risks ahead of time and provide resolution as soon as possible.* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external affiliates/partners of the company with goals to build credibility and partnership for improving yields.* Achieve individual performance specific to attendance, punctuality and schedule adherence* Consistent adherence to company policies and code of conduct**Qualifications:*** Minimum of 1.6 years of experience in recruitment, and talent acquisition, specifically in a BPO set-up* Amenable to work onsite in Wilcon IT Hub, Makati City* Amenable to start immediately()(blob: / 0:56#J-18808-Ljbffr
