About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Vendor Logistics Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of third-party logistics contracts. This role ensures operational alignment, legal compliance, and vendor performance to support our supply chain goals. You’ll lead contract management, KPI tracking, compliance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver best-in-class logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance & Compliance Monitoring

  • Track key logistics KPIs (e.g., OTIF, Inventory Accuracy, Audit Scores)
  • Identify issues and drive corrective actions with 3PL partners

Control Framework & Risk Management

  • Develop controls to ensure SLA and contract compliance
  • Maintain risk registers and monitor regulatory adherence

Audit & Governance

  • Lead warehouse and transport audits
  • Validate root cause analyses and corrective actions

Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in business reviews and benchmarking
  • Support cost-saving initiatives and compliance checks

Logistics Cost Management

  • Analyze logistics spend and prepare cost dashboards
  • Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting

Housekeeping & Safety

  • Lead 5S and warehouse cleanliness programs
  • Ensure food safety and EHSS compliance across 3PL operations
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Quality/Compliance
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or vendor management
  • At least 2 years in a compliance/control-focused role
  • Strong understanding of warehousing, transportation, and quality systems
  • Proficient in ERP/WMS and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of SLAs, contract terms, and vendor governance is a plus
