This role involves overseeing complex projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of billing and payment solutions for our energy sector clients. Job Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans for energy billing programs and credit solutions Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project goals and objectives Oversee the development and implementation of payment systems and processes Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and clients Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department Mentor and develop team members to enhance overall performance and capabilities Collaborate with sales and account management teams to support business growth Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the energy or financial services sector Strong knowledge of billing systems, credit management, and payment processing Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-faceted projects Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMP certification preferred) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Experience with process improvement and change management Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities Join the A-Team and experience the A-Life #J-18808-Ljbffr
