JOB SUMMARY We’re looking for a hands‑on and driven Admin & HR Manager to join GIP Telemarketing Services Inc. , the company behind the GPX Last Mile Delivery Project in the Philippines. You’ll lead the development of HR and Admin systems from the ground up — from recruiting riders and operations staff, managing labor relations, to shaping company policies and culture. A. JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Recruitment & People Development Plan and implement weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment strategies for various roles (from Riders, Hub Staff, Telesales, CSR to Supervisors and Managers); Lead mass recruitment campaigns for Riders and fulfillment staff; directly interview key management candidates; Manage both internal and external recruitment channels; build partnerships with universities, logistics associations, and job centers; Develop GPX’s employer branding in the logistics sector in the Philippines; Oversee onboarding, training, probation evaluation, and performance management processes; 2. Administration Management Supervise all company assets, office facilities, vehicles, uniforms, and work tools across branches; Standardize administrative procedures to ensure transparency and cost efficiency; Manage contracts related to office leasing, security, cleaning, and suppliers; Oversee documentation and record‑keeping: filing, stamping, issuing internal/external correspondence; Organize company events, internal communications, team building, and year‑end programs; 3. Labor Relations & Legal Compliance Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor, social security, and taxation laws (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, BIR); Draft, review, and update company regulations, HR policies, and code of conduct; Handle labor relations and employee discipline, including disputes and complaints; Work closely with Barangay officials and police stations on rider COD (Cash on Delivery) issues such as unreturned parcels or withheld funds; Support work visa and employment permit processing for foreign staff (if any); 4. Team Leadership & Reporting Supervise and develop HR & Admin team members in the Philippines; Set clear goals and KPIs for team members and ensure effective task delivery; Provide regular reports on HR metrics: headcount, turnover, recruitment status, training, and disciplinary actions; Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure HR & Admin supports smooth operations. B. QUALIFICATIONS MUST-HAVE : Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Admin Manager or equivalent role within logistics companies (e.g., J&T, Ninja Van, LBC) ; MUST-HAVE: 35 years old and below; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and government benefits systems; Proven experience in mass recruitment, especially rider; Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills; ability to handle labor relations and field operations issues; Fluent in English and Tagalog; able to communicate cross‑functionally. C. COMPENSATIONS AND BENEFITS Salary: PHP 100,000 - PHP 150,000; Probationary period: 2 months; 85%; Statutory benefits: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, BIR, 13th‑month pay; D.
