Overview Sales & Marketing Associate - Remote at Bezla.com. This is a remote position. You will work in teams to tackle the key strategic challenges Bezla clients face and support branded hotels across the United States by consulting with owners, investors, and general managers to increase property revenue and market share. As the Marketing and Sales Associate, you will work with associates who will assist you in generating, soliciting, and managing new accounts for your partner hotels. You will also be responsible for retaining and expanding our existing hotel portfolio across all verticals. Responsibilities Support branded hotels remotely by advising owners, investors, and general managers to increase property revenue and market share. Generate, solicit, and manage new accounts for partner hotels with the help of team members. Retain and expand the existing hotel portfolio across all verticals. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with distinction. 1+ years of Marketing & Sales related business experience with focus in at least one: Digital Marketing, Telemarketing, Customer Relationship Management, Sales & Channel Management (call center and B2B sales), Marketing Spend Effectiveness, Marketing Insights and Analytics. Ability to work 9 AM – 5 PM EST. High-speed internet of at least 10 Mbps. A laptop or PC with at least 16G RAM. A noise-canceling headset. A quiet, dedicated workspace.
