We’re looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic Digital Account Executive to join our Account Management team and help drive success for our clients.
As a Digital Account Executive, you’ll support Account Managers and Directors in managing client accounts, ensuring seamless project execution, and delivering impactful digital marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong client relationships, while gaining exposure to a wide range of digital channels.

- Support the Account Management Team – Assist Account Directors/Managers in the day-to-day management of enterprise-level customers and multiple cross-channel digital strategies.
- Team Collaboration – Work closely with delivery teams (Paid Search, SEO, Links, Content, Digital PR, CRO, Social Media, Creative, Data & Analytics) to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and projects.
- Managing Client Relationships – Liaise with clients to ensure requests are actioned accurately and efficiently; provide regular progress updates, arrange meetings, and proactively support clients.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting – Analyse and interpret campaign data to support client reporting, showcase the impact of campaign activity, identify trends and opportunities, and share fresh ideas to support continued client success.
Campaign & Customer Support
- Support Account Managers in the management and delivery of strategic digital marketing activity.
- Create and manage campaign outputs using established project management tools.
- Ensure tasks are delivered on time and on budget.
- Uphold consistently high standards across all processes, from brief to delivery.
- Set up schedules to ensure client meetings, reporting, and routine communications are delivered on time.
- Communicate regularly with clients to update them on campaign/project status, performance, and new opportunities.
- Provide proactive communication and timely responses to client queries or issues.
- Translate client requests into clear briefs for internal teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
- Support in the creation and review of client reports and meeting presentations.
- Conduct quality control for all client-facing outputs.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services.
- Build and maintain knowledge of vertical markets relevant to your clients.
- Ensure all customer details, budgets, scheduling, and other information are accurate and up to date in Productive and HubSpot .
- Log all quotes accurately in Productive .
Analytical & Technical
- Understand the features and benefits of all GAIN Performance products and services (and the wider Group) to promote them effectively to customers.
- Continuously develop knowledge of key digital marketing channels (Paid Search, SEO, Social, Web Design, etc.) that drive traffic and conversions for clients.
- Develop and maintain proficiency in key analytical and market intelligence tools (e.g., Google Analytics and third-party tools).
- Keep knowledge of the digital marketing industry up-to-date by networking, researching, and staying informed through blogs, news, and other sources.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of digital marketing services with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a digital marketing agency environment.
- Well organised with proven ability to multi-task.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Good client management skills, with a proactive and professional character to build rapport with clients.
- Experience working as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms.
- Working Hours & Time Zone Overlap
- Remote role, based in the Philippines
- Minimum 40 hours/week
- Must maintain at least 6 hours/day overlap with UK Time
- 100% Remote Work – Work from anywhere in the Philippines
- Flexible Hours – Own your time, work when you’re most productive but will require at least 6 hours UK time overlap
