GAIN Performance Paid Media Campaign Manager

This role sits within the Performance Business Unit. We help brands show up in the right place, at the right time, to the right people, with data-driven campaigns. Whether it's paid media, SEO, link building, or performance-driven creative, we build campaigns that actually perform — driving clicks, visibility, conversions, and real business growth.
We are actively hiring independent contractors based in the Philippines, ready to take on meaningful, remote work with international clients. This is an operational, hands-on role focused on managing Paid Media campaigns—primarily across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, with the possibility of supporting other platforms based on your experience and client needs.
You'll typically work across 3 to 5 client accounts, depending on their size and complexity. You’ll receive full training in our proven campaign methods, and account assignments will depend on your experience and client needs. Reporting to the Performance Director on each account, you'll be responsible for campaign execution, optimisation, reporting, and performance analysis. As you grow in the role, you'll gain opportunities to support client communication and contribute to broader campaign strategy.
