About the Role We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can lead both client and internal campaigns while managing a small creative and ads team. You’ll be responsible for developing strategies, managing performance, creating presentations and reports, and ensuring all campaigns deliver measurable results. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, creativity, and experience in brand building and development. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts. Manage and create internal marketing campaigns that drive Winnify’s visibility, engagement, and sales. Develop brand strategies and oversee brand building for both Winnify and client accounts. Create presentations, strategy decks, and campaign reports for clients and internal use. Manage and delegate tasks to designers, copywriters, and interns to ensure timely, high-quality output. Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance. Handle client communication and relationship management, ensuring campaigns align with business goals. Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, keyword research, and conversion tracking. Collaborate with the creative and tech teams to strengthen marketing and automation processes. Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing and ad campaign management. Strong background in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Skilled in analytics, data interpretation, and performance reporting. Experience in brand building, development, and creative strategy. Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills. Ability to create clear and compelling presentations and strategy decks. Familiarity with CRM or automation tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus. Experience handling clients in industries such as real estate, retail, or service-based businesses is an advantage.
