Job Description As a Project Controller , you will be responsible for creating and maintaining integrated project schedules, ensuring accurate tracking, risk management and timely delivery of milestones. You will mentor other project controllers while implementing best‑practice methodologies for engineering service projects. Administer Primavera P6 for scheduling, reporting and portfolio management. Implement and maintain effective scheduling systems to support project execution. Identify and mitigate scheduling risks to ensure timely delivery of milestones. Communicate project timelines and updates to stakeholders with clarity and confidence. Adapt schedules to reflect changes in scope, resources or priorities. Maintain detailed documentation of scheduling processes and records. Ensure alignment between schedules and resource usage profiles. Build and optimise resource‑loaded schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Mentor project controllers, promoting best‑practice project control methodologies. Track and report resource utilisation across the portfolio at an individual level. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to align schedules with strategic priorities. Produce performance, progress and utilisation reports using Power BI and advanced Excel.
