Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or hard‑selling in a BPO company handling US/UK/AU‑based accounts. Experience in making expired listing and FSBO (For Sale By Owner) calls is a massive plus. Proven sales experience/strong sales acumen is highly preferred, with a record of overcoming objections and achieving sales targets. Real Estate Wholesale Cold calling experience is a significant advantage. Must have experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or Podio. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Has the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Proficient in using productivity tools and software. System Requirements: Main Computer Processor: at least i3 8th gen or i5 6th gen (quad‑core) or higher. Back‑up Computer Processor: at least dual‑core or higher. Computer Memory/RAM: at least 8.00 GB (for both primary and back‑up computers). Computer Operating System: Windows 10 (64‑bit) is now acceptable at the time of application. Upgrade to Windows 11 (64‑bit) is required within 45 days of client hire. Internet Speed: Primary Connection: running on a 10 Mbps wired plan (10mbps and up preferred).
