§ Identify and evaluate three potential suppliers per product requirement, ensuring product quality, competitive pricing, and compliance with documentation and regulatory needs. § Gather and organize product specifications, packaging dimensions, pricing, and other key details for canvassing. § Request Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), Incoterms, and negotiate for discounted pricing. § Prepare and maintain canvassing sheets in Excel, clearly detailing item descriptions, specifications, packaging, MOQ, Incoterms, and pricing. § Submit canvass to the President for review and approval. § Request samples from suppliers for evaluation and testing. § Coordinate with suppliers regarding inquiries, clarifications, and document requirements. § Work closely with Product Specialists to support product evaluation processes. § Collaborate with the Graphic Artist for packaging and artwork design requirements. § Endorse products to the Regulatory Department for FDA registration processing. § Coordinate with suppliers for the processing and fulfillment of orders for the assigned product group. § Work with the Logistics and Planning Manager to manage inventory replenishment for the group. § Monitor the importation status of the group and ensure all relevant departments are updated on any changes. § Handle and track product complaints, ensuring timely supplier response, compensation, or refund. § Monitor the status of all promotional materials and ensure timely availability. § Serve as the Systems-In-Charge for PPI ISO Audit responsibilities. § Perform other tasks and projects as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr
