REMOTE SALES / CUSTOMER SERVICE / ADMIN SPECIALIST (UK) Company: Tapes To Digital Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: UK Business Hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM UK Time) Rate: £3/hour + Commissions About Us: Tapes To Digital is a growing B2C company based in Australia, now expanding rapidly into the UK market. We help people preserve their most cherished memories by converting analog media — such as VHS tapes, vinyl records, cassettes, and more — into high‑quality digital formats. Our mission is to make memory preservation simple, emotional, and lasting. We generate consistent lead flow through digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook Messenger, etc.) and are expanding our remote team in the Philippines to better serve our growing UK customer base. Role Overview We’re looking for a Sales / Customer Service / Admin Specialist who is passionate about helping people and achieving results. This is a versatile role combining sales closing, customer support, and general administrative tasks such as basic marketing and SEO support. You’ll engage warm leads, handle inquiries with care, and help the team stay organized and efficient. You will also have the chance to earn commissions through sales. Key Responsibilities Convert warm leads into paying customers via calls, chat, and email. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing objections with empathy. Follow up with potential clients to maintain relationships and close deals. Assist customers through the purchasing and delivery process. Administrative & Marketing Support Perform basic admin tasks such as data entry, CRM updates, and documentation. Support basic marketing activities (social media updates, lead research, etc.). Help with simple SEO‑related tasks (content tagging, keyword updates, etc.). Collaborate with the team to refine sales scripts and marketing materials.
