What You’ll Do Assist in implementing and optimizing AI and automation tools to improve every step of the recruitment process. Collaborate with recruitment teams to understand challenges and apply tech solutions that reduce manual tasks and increase efficiency. Monitor and manage the performance of AI tools, ensuring they are functioning as expected and providing data‑driven insights for continuous improvement. Support troubleshooting efforts, test new features, and ensure all systems are optimized for the best candidate experience. Stay informed on the latest trends in AI, automation, and recruitment technology, and help SourceU stay ahead of the curve. What We’re Looking For A basic understanding of AI, machine learning, or automation technologies, with a keen interest in applying them to recruitment. Familiarity with recruitment platforms or applicant tracking systems (ATS) and an understanding of how they work. A technical mindset with a desire to learn new tools and techniques to optimize workflows. Basic knowledge of coding (Python, SQL, or similar languages) is a plus, but not required. A collaborative, problem‑solving attitude and the ability to work across both technical and HR teams. Attention to detail and an eagerness to improve processes through technology. Bonus Points For Experience with AI‑powered recruitment tools, chatbots, or automation platforms. Familiarity with recruitment platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS.
