Maintain operational discipline to avoid overlap, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies. Strategic Direction & Business Growth Translate company goals into actionable plans and measurable results. Lead and monitor strategic projects, including commissary optimization, digital systems rollout, marketing initiatives, and franchise expansion. Identify business opportunities, streamline processes, and introduce innovations to improve profitability and customer experience. Work closely with Top Management in planning for growth, market expansion, and long-term sustainability. People Leadership & Motivation Inspire and develop Department Heads to uphold a high-performance, team-oriented culture. Maintain strong employee engagement through consistent communication, recognition, and leadership presence. Build a culture of accountability, transparency, and results. Reporting & Communication Ensure timely and accurate reporting of daily performance summaries and key updates. Provide the Chairman and Board with comprehensive operational insights, challenges, and recommendations.
