About the Role Swiftlane is looking for a talented Email Marketing Specialist to manage outbound campaigns, inbound nurturing, and customer newsletters. You must be available to work in the Pacific Time zone . You’ll build, write, and optimize email programs that convert leads and engage our existing audience. This role is ideal for someone who’s both creative and data-driven— able to own campaigns end to end. What You’ll Do Run outbound cold email campaigns for lead generation, build target lists, personalize outreach, and measure performance. Manage inbound lead nurturing workflows in HubSpot for top‑of‑funnel engagement. Create and send regular newsletters to update and engage our customer base. Write clear, compelling, and value‑focused copy that drives replies and conversions. Segment audiences by role, company, and behavior to improve targeting. Track campaign metrics: open rate, CTR, reply rate, conversions. Maintain list hygiene and compliance. Work closely with sales and content teams to align messaging. What You Bring 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, automation, or outbound campaigns. Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or similar platforms. Strong copywriting and communication skills. Good understanding of email deliverability and best practices. Ability to analyze performance data and adjust campaigns accordingly. Organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup. Nice to Have Experience in B2B SaaS or PropTech marketing. Familiar with tools like NeverBounce, Instantly, or HubSpot Reports. Experience managing multiple workflows. Good understanding and hands‑on experience with strategic segmentation practices.
