POSITION SUMMARY

The Digital Email Marketing Specialist role requires someone with excellent technical skills, and the Digital Email Marketing Specialist will work as the Subject Matter Expert within the global marketing automation team. The professional goal of the Email Marketing Specialist (Demand programs) is to deliver impactful email marketing demand campaigns that exceed industry benchmark standards. You understand the nuances of practical layout, copy, and imagery and how they fuse to elicit a response from the recipient in a digital world. You also are technically competent in using the necessary tools to execute and analyze email marketing campaigns. If this is you, we want you to join our online team to design and implement engaging digital content for our stakeholders.

In collaboration with the Integrated Communication team and the Data BI team, you will select the right and most frequent data set for targeted communication based on contacts\' interest level or behavior. You will also use dynamic content for headers, footers, or personalization of sales/marketing contact information in emails and target-group-based content within our demand program plans.

This role requires someone with excellent technical and communication skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders across ASIA, INDIA, and EMEA to understand their needs to administer and enhance the systems accordingly. This person will serve as the "go-to" for any support the power users require, keep current on new releases and marketing automation platform solutions, and

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Email Marketing execution: Create emails and marketing assets: segmentation, email campaigns, reports, etc.
  • Email Marketing tools and platforms: use the email marketing capabilities inside Eloqua and News-on-Demand.
  • External Activities Uploads – list uploads using the List Upload global processes.
  • Supports the entire ASIA, INDIA, and EMEA demand generation email campaigns scheduled to our various target groups in our marketing database, including the approval flow and schedule with the regions (local field marketing).
  • Supports all Integrated Team COE with email communication, including campaigns, product updates or promotions, product launches, etc.
  • Create and implement email sends for ASIA, INDIA, and EMEA
  • Analyzing data and results and suggesting improvements for the marcom schedule or content.
  • Will work closely with the Integrated Communication Team, and if necessary, with other stakeholders, like Field Marketing, Translations Specialist, or agencies.
  • Track, report, and improve all email communications.
  • Undertake any other duties given by the Marketing Automation Team manager according to job responsibilities or in compliance with the law
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Familiar with industry best practices (email marketing, outbound/inbound marketing, demand generation etc) – optional.
  • Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills – able to present thoughts and ideas clearly and concisely to a senior audience.
  • Proven experience of successfully managing projects is desirable.
  • Experience with team working is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with email marketing systems and medium HTML/CSS skills is optional
  • Vision, creativity, and drive to be able to spot an opportunity for enhancement with the passion and knowledge to see this through to completion
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic individual, able to be productive in multi-cultural, virtual work environments where team members might be based in different locations

  • Experience of working in multi-lingual environments
  • Ensure that any activity, task, and responsibility required by the role in terms of the International Trade Compliance Regulation is managed and performed in full compliance with the Company ITC certification program itself
