Summary of job role and place in organization

As an email marketer, you will be responsible for email content/template creation, email journey building, email performance monitoring. To improve email performance by setting up ab-tests. To share new email ideas with your TL/ manager.

Purpose of the job

The email marketer is responsible for the email performance / deliverability.

Make sure all settings are correct before sending. The emails have good deliverability and achieve good KPI standards after it is sent. Optimize the customer journey with emails.

Responsibilities/core tasks

· Actively discuss on email ideas with journey owner and collect email content requirements

· Carefully create email content and build email journey according to the requirements

· Test email in dev environment and make sure everything is correct on Production

· Think along and come up with new email ideas for email content and requirements to improve current journey
