About the job Junior Collections Analyst About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable Junior Collections Analyst. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multinational environment and is ready to take ownership of collections responsibilities while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: Manage daily, weekly, and monthly collections activities in a methodical and timely manner. Create, update, and maintain various collections reports using MS Excel. Communicate professionally with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve outstanding issues. Prioritize and track tasks effectively to meet strict deadlines and targets. Analyze account data to make informed decisions on appropriate collection actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous process improvement. Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance standards. Assist in developing and improving standard operating procedures. Qualifications: Must have strong fluency in written and spoken English. Experience in a multinational or shared services environment is highly preferred. Excellent MS Excel skills ; capable of producing, maintaining, and interpreting collections-related reports. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure. Highly organized , methodical, and detail-oriented. Strong analytical thinking and sound judgment in decision-making. Experience in a B2B Collections or Credit Control environment is a plus. Flexible to work on rotating shifts under a hybrid work setup .
