Collections Legal Operations Manager TALENTMATE Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines This role focuses on leading legal operations for debt collections through litigation, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strategic improvement. Responsibilities Build and lead a high‑performing Legal Operations Team focused on collections through litigation (e.g., small claims case filing). Manage external agencies handling a portion of the legal collections process, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Provide insights and develop strategies to improve legal collections success rates while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Make fact‑based decisions under pressure and/or adverse conditions to drive legal collections and process improvements. Oversee the legal collections process, including: Identifying clients for case filing Preparing and reviewing court‑required documents Coordinating with internal teams, legal counsel, courts, and external partners Ensuring all payments to court are properly filed, documented, and executed Drive debt collections by litigation by ensuring all documents and evidence are provided and all parties are informed and operationally efficient. Provide timely direction on strategic changes within the business and help align the focus of resources. Improve internal and external teams’ performance and support in career development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any field. At least 5 years of experience in Collections and/or Litigation. Strong leadership and coaching skills. Experience with project management is a plus.
