We are dedicated to making lives better through our empathetic customer engagement and advocacy for our clients' brands and reputations.**Responsibilities:*** Lead end-to-end development process, from system design through coding, testing, deployment and support.* Design and implement cloud-native application using modern .Net frameworks and Azure Services.* Serve as the technical subject matter expert for .Net and Azure development.* Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and professional development.* Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices and development processes (CI/CD, code quality, testing frameworks, etc.).* Project Delivery:* Participance in requirements gathering, feasibility studies, and effort estimation with business analysts.* Define technical solutions that align with business objective, scalability requirements, and compliance standards.* Lead sprint planning, technical backlog grooming and design review sessions.* Collaborate with QA, Enterprise Tools Administrators and Security teams to ensure robust and secure delivery pipelines.* Architecture and Cloud Development* Design modular, secure and maintainable codebases using best practices in .Net Core/ASP.NET and C#.* Create and maintain technical documentation including design documents, diagrams, and technical specifications.* Leverage key Azure services including: + Azure Apps Services, Functions, Logic Apps + Azure SQL Databases + Azure API Management, Azure Key Vault + Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs + Azure Active Directory Integration and RBAC* Ensure solutions are scalable, fault-tolerant, and meets performance SLAs.* DevOps and Automation:* Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub.* Automate testing, deployment, and monitoring to support a DevOps culture and reduce manual Intervention.* Security and Compliance:* Implement secured coding practices aligned with OWASP and enterprise security standards.* Ensure identity and access management is handled securely using Azure AD and OAuth.* Monitor applications for vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).**Required Skills and Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.* 8+ years of experience in software development with a focus on the Microsoft technology stack.* 5+ years of experience in developing applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework and LINQ.* 3+ years of experience in working with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native architecture.* Solid understanding of architectural patterns (MVC, MVVM, Microservices, Domain-driven design).* Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g. Angular, React) is a strong plus.* Hands-on experience in using version control systems like Git.* Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with both relational and NoSQL databases.As a leading provider of human capital solutions, we help our clients and their people navigate the complexity of health, wealth and HR.
