About the Role: We are seeking a qualified and motivated Mortgage Broker based in the Philippines to join our dynamic team supporting clients in Australia. Duties & Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients to understand their financial needs and borrowing goals. Conduct detailed financial assessments to determine borrowing capacity. Research and recommend suitable loan products based on client circumstances. Present loan strategies and proposals clearly to clients. Convert at least 60% of qualified leads into formal loan proposals. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners. Deliver high-quality service to enhance client retention and encourage repeat business. Compliance & Documentation Ensure all loan proposals comply with NCCP regulations, lender policies, and internal standards. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Collaborate with the Credit Officer for smooth loan submission and processing. Liaise with lenders to stay updated on products, rates, and policy changes. Work closely with Credit and Customer Support Officers to ensure seamless client experience. Deliver professional and responsive service. Ensure complete and accurate applications. Stay informed on lending policies and market trends. Manage prospects efficiently from lead to proposal. Qualifications Certificate IV Finance and Mortgage Broking Strong understanding of Australian lending practices and compliance. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Experience using CRM systems and working in a remote setup is a plus.
