You will manage the loan journey from application through to settlement, working closely with brokers, clients, and lenders to ensure an accurate, timely, and seamless process. This is a full‑time, long‑term position for someone who wants to grow with a stable and supportive team. You’ll be working remotely from the Philippines, supporting Australian clients and brokers. Your Responsibilities Manage loan processing from submission to settlement Maintain communication with brokers, clients, and lenders Prepare and review loan applications and supporting documents Submit and follow up on valuations, pricing requests, and applications Review client documents for accuracy and completeness Keep CRM and loan systems updated with accurate data and statuses Ensure deadlines are met and compliance standards are upheld Support post‑settlement tasks as required Skills And Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in loan processing, credit support, or related roles Familiarity with platforms such as ApplyOnline, SalesTrekker, MyCRM, or LoanApp Strong written and verbal English communication skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple applications and priorities simultaneously Comfortable working independently in a remote setup Client‑focused and proactive in solving problems Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) The Culture At Dashdot, we believe in freedom and responsibility.
