Employee Engagement Specialist

Base pay range $2.00/hr - $3.00/hr For this role, we are seeking an outgoing Employee Engagement Specialist who will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to foster a positive and engaging workplace culture, enhancing employee satisfaction, and driving retention. This is a full-time position during Eastern Standard Time from 10AM - 6PM. Job-related experience required Must have at least a year of experience as an Employee Engagement Specialist or similar role. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Must have a strong understanding of employee engagement strategies, tools, and best practices. Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Must be proficient with employee engagement platforms, HRIS tools, and survey tools. Must have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights. Must have creative thinking and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture. Professional experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is preferred. Responsibilities Design and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives to promote a positive work environment. Develop and execute surveys, feedback tools, and engagement assessments to measure employee satisfaction and morale. Analyze engagement data and provide actionable recommendations to leadership. Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns, ideas, and feedback. Develop and maintain internal communication channels to share company updates, successes, and initiatives. Organize regular virtual town halls, team-building activities, and recognition events to foster connectivity. Create and manage employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements and milestones. Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to implement professional development and career growth opportunities for employees. Assist in creating personalized action plans for improving employee engagement and satisfaction. Champion the company’s mission, values, and culture through engagement initiatives. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts and ensure they are reflected in engagement programs. Identify trends and areas of concern related to employee turnover and provide recommendations for improvement. Support onboarding processes to ensure new hires feel welcomed, valued, and integrated into the company culture. Attributes Must have excellent English communication skills. Must have their own work device (preferably a desktop or laptop) and a stable internet connection. Benefits and compensation A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid). A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance). A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work. Fully-paid healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work. Compensation range: $2.00 - $3.00 per hour.
