Contract Proposal Manager (Part-Time) The Role We are looking for an experienced and energetic leader to join the team as a part-time Contract Proposal Manager. Responsibilities Proposal Management Collaborate with the internal team to understand client requirements and objectives. Lead the development of high-quality proposals, ensuring they are tailored to client needs and aligned with company capabilities. Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather relevant information and create compelling proposal content. Maintain a repository of proposal templates, case studies, and other relevant collateral. Manage proposal timelines and deadlines to ensure timely submission. Contract Management Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring they align with company policies and legal requirements. Work closely with the legal advisor to ensure compliance with all contractual obligations. Maintain an organized database of contracts, including renewal dates and key terms. Assist in the development and improvement of contract templates and processes. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential clients. Act as a point of contact for clients during the proposal and contract negotiation process. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Process Improvement Continuously evaluate and improve proposal and contract management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Identify and implement best practices and tools to enhance proposal and contract management. Reporting and Documentation Prepare reports on proposal and contract status, including win/loss analysis. Maintain accurate records of all proposal and contract activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus. Proven experience in proposal and contract management, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment. Strong understanding of contract law and experience with contract negotiation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Familiarity with proposal and contract management software (e.g., Salesforce, Conga, DocuSign) is a plus. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy. Highly motivated and results-driven with a commitment to quality. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced start-up environment.
