Responsibilities

  • Develop and write responses for a variety of RFPs, RFIs, and other bid documents.
  • Coordinate proposal development, manage timelines and deadlines, and monitor progress.
  • Analyze bid requirements to ensure our proposals are compliant and properly formatted.
  • Work with internal teams like product marketing, engineering, and operations to produce polished, customer-ready proposals.
  • Lead project meetings and track all requirements to ensure full compliance.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of our software and service offerings.
  • Provide high-level technical and marketing responses to customer requests.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the education industry, preferably with middle school/high school programs.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex projects with multiple departments.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and/or certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe PDF Professional, and other standard desktop tools is required.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
