We’re looking for a Creative Traffic Manager to bring structure, clarity, and efficiency into our creative production process. As our marketing operations grow across multiple products and markets, the number and complexity of creative requests are increasing — and we need someone who can ensure smooth coordination between marketing and design. This role is key to ensuring that creative assets are delivered on time, that workloads are balanced, and that stakeholders always have visibility into progress. You’ll serve as the central point of contact between teams, helping improve planning accuracy, streamline communication, and ultimately boost creative output and quality across channels. What you’ll be doing: Act as the main liaison between marketing and design teams, ensuring smooth communication and task flow. Receive and structure creative requests, clarifying requirements and priorities. Plan and manage the design team’s workload, assigning tasks based on priorities and capacity. Monitor progress and deadlines, keeping all stakeholders informed. Collaborate with Performance Managers and Creative Producers to optimize delivery timelines and outputs. Maintain clear documentation and reporting in project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion). Build and refine structured creative processes that bring predictability and transparency to the pipeline. Proven experience in project management or creative production, ideally within marketing, advertising, or design teams. Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Hands‑on experience with workflow and task management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar). Understanding of marketing creative workflows, asset types, and production timelines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to align cross‑functional teams.
