The Traffic Auditor is responsible for auditing, evaluating, and analyzing customer foot traffic within our retail stores. This role is also responsible for ensuring the accuracy of foot traffic data using a camera system to monitor foot traffic, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to optimize store performance and enhance customer experiences. This position requires attention to detail, excellent observational skills, and the ability to diligently work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit the accuracy of reported foot traffic using store camera systems and make corrections as needed.
• Input verified traffic data into Salesforce daily for consistent tracking.
• Analyze customer flow patterns, peak times, and behavior trends using statistical and visualization tools.
• Prepare regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) highlighting insights and recommendations.
• Monitor conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and staff performance.
• Provide data-driven insights to optimize staffing levels, store hours, and sales strategies.
• Collaborate with store management and marketing teams to improve performance based on traffic analysis.
• Ensure traffic tracking equipment functions properly for accurate data collection.
• Train store staff on correct traffic reporting procedures and emphasize data accuracy.
• Share relevant footage and data with other departments or agencies when needed.
• Continuously review and improve data collection and analysis processes based on industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of the importance of accurate store traffic data in improving performance and customer experience.
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, as well as data collection tools such as camera systems or barcode scanners.
• Flexible and adaptable to different processes and tools used by team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and apply data insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and vendors.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
