About the Role: As a Support Specialist , you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their questions and issues are resolved quickly and effectively. You’ll play a key role in delivering a best‑in‑class support experience, enhancing client satisfaction, and contributing directly to retention and product adoption. What You’ll Own: Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, chat, and other support channels. Accurately log and document client interactions, resolutions, and feedback. Escalate complex issues to internal teams and ensure proper follow‑up. Collaborate cross‑functionally to route client concerns to the right departments. Stay up‑to‑date on all product updates, system changes, and internal processes. Provide insights on recurring issues and recommend improvements. Success Metrics: Ticket Reopen Rate: < 5% What You Bring: 1+ year experience in customer support, help desk, or similar client‑facing roles. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Experience using ticketing systems (Zendesk, Intercom, or similar). High attention to detail with strong problem‑solving skills. Tech‑savvy and adaptable to new tools and processes.
