Job Description As an Amazon Account Operations Specialist, you will support marketplace performance by monitoring reports, resolving catalog issues, and driving optimization strategies. You\'ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, improving product visibility, and collaborating with teams to enhance customer experience. Visit Free 24/7 access to our office gyms (Ortigas and Makati) with a free physical fitness trainer Exclusive Emapta Lifestyle perks (hotel and restaurant discounts, and more) Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Standard government and Emapta benefits Total of 20 annual leaves to be used on your own discretion (including 5 credits convertible to cash) Fun engagement activities for employees Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment The Qualifications We Seek Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Ecommerce, Operations Management, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience 2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central , including flat files, variation structures, and compliance workflows 1-4 years of experience in Marketing , Ecommerce , or a related support role Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, data analysis) Prior experience with Helium10 , ChannelAdvisor (Rithum) , or NetSuite Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to identify and resolve listing or compliance issues proactively Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional and remote teams; clear and effective communicator Required Competencies: Strategic Execution Execute on strategic direction Support strategic initiatives with team members, employees, vendors, and customers Address opportunities, issues, and obstacles proactively Adapt to changing priorities to support business success Collaborate with others to achieve business objectives Organizational Impact Act in alignment with the company\'s Vision, Purpose, and Values Demonstrate courage in taking new approaches Inspire others by supporting the organization's direction and priorities Take initiative and act proactively Guide others through change and build confidence in success Share personal experience and expertise with colleagues Results Orientation Set clear goals and priorities to align performance with success Involve others to accomplish team objectives Collaborate across the organization to optimize resources and share best practices Hold self and others accountable for task completion with attention to detail Contribute new ideas and alternative approaches Serve as a role model for delivering high-quality outcomes Consistently meet or exceed performance expectations Interpret data to anticipate problems, escalate issues appropriately, and take corrective action Capability Building Pursue continuous improvement through learning opportunities Recruit top talent and represent the company to prospective and new employees Build trust by accurately interpreting emotions and behaviors in context Manage personal responses and reactions with self-awareness Maintain awareness of internal and external factors that impact the role Your Daily Tasks Review daily and weekly performance reports (e.g., gainers/drainers, OOS, CRaP) and identify issues Monitor Buy Box ownership and provide insights on causes of loss (pricing, competition) Compare NetSuite product lists with Amazon to identify missing ASINs or content gaps Audit brand onboarding (e.g., North Coast, Rojo) to ensure listings are active, attributed, and varied correctly Recommend actions to pricing and strategy teams based on ASP trends Support optimization tasks such as variation assembly and bullet cleanup Break/Fix & Catalog Integrity Monitor and resolve item-level issues such as suppressed listings, incorrect product detail pages, and compliance flags Submit and manage support cases in Amazon systems as needed Partner with the Marketplace team to resolve compliance documentation issues Track and resolve "dogs" (non-buyable items) and escalate to internal stakeholders Digital Aisle / Sales Intelligence Conduct regular Buy Box audits to identify losses to resellers or third-party competition Report daily and weekly insights to the Marketplace team Evaluate catalog performance using gainer/drainer reports to identify root causes of underperformance (e.g., no inventory, poor variation structure, Buy Box loss) New Brand & Catalog QA Audit product lists to ensure all SKUs are listed and attributed properly Identify missing ASINs, incorrect variation groupings, and catalog inconsistencies Support onboarding and catalog health management of new brands Perform catalog walkthroughs to verify content accuracy, active listings, and correct variation structure Strategic Cleanup & Reporting Clean up legacy ASINs by fixing broken images, content, and attribute mismatches Maintain item-level audit checklists and contribute to weekly item health reports Partner with Shannon to complete content optimization tasks related to catalog structure About the Client Powering Health Through Seamless Commerce Our client is a global leader in health, wellness, and fitness solutions, known for connecting innovative products with millions of people worldwide.
