Job Description
- Develop and implement effective key account programs to deliver sales objectives.
- Forecast and track key account metrics for improved market share.
- Negotiate contracts and promotional plans with key retail partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to expand product presence.
- Evaluate and adapt strategies based on market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct business reviews to ensure partners are satisfied with our products and services.
- Achieve strategic objectives set by the company and the sales management team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Key Accounts Manager should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Proven work experience in sales or key account management in the FMCG industry.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
