Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective key account programs to deliver sales objectives.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics for improved market share.
  • Negotiate contracts and promotional plans with key retail partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to expand product presence.
  • Evaluate and adapt strategies based on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure partners are satisfied with our products and services.
  • Achieve strategic objectives set by the company and the sales management team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Key Accounts Manager should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Proven work experience in sales or key account management in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
