As part of Project and Program Management team, you\'ll help deliver some of the biggest, most iconic projects imaginable, with some of the best talent around. With your energy, agility and a keen eye for detail, you\'ll deliver transformational outcomes for multiple clients everyday.

• Work within established standard operating procedures to assist in tasks such as but not limited to the production of delivery output and schedules for projects, monitor and review project information, in order to identify any discrepancies and ensure management has access to up-to-date and accurate project information.
• Individually contribute to a range of professional assignments and monitor in order to support the delivery of projects to time and quality standards
• Accountable for delivery of timely and accurate data collection, analysis and reports
• Prepare documents such as project plans and schedules by collating and interpreting data
• Analyze project data and trends to develop recommendations that aid senior colleagues in decision-making
• Proactively monitor and evaluate project management processes to identify opportunities for improvement and advise on enhancements
• Act as a focal point for operational queries, providing specialist advisory support and ensuring alignment between policy and practice

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, etc.), master\'s degree an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in project and program management, including at least 3 years leading teams on large, complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Proficiency in project/program management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, PowerBI, Autodesk Construction Cloud) and familiarity with methodologies/frameworks (e.g., PMI, APM, Agile) and highly skilled in MS Office application
• Preferably with professional certification or chartered status (RICS, APM, PMP, PRINCE2 , etc.)
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively interact with high-level stakeholders, build relationships, and negotiate with external parties.
• Comprehensive knowledge of project/program management methodologies and an understanding of the broader business context.
