Overview

Project Manager – Muntinlupa, National Capital Region

Licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed Architect with experience in housing projects preferred. Willing to be assigned to Padre Garcia, Batangas.

Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning activities and develop a master schedule; oversee budget estimation for the project.
  • Coordinate with consultants/designers, planning officers, and other stakeholders regarding project design and implementation plans.
  • Supervise project execution with staff, manage performance in terms of quality, schedule, cost control, and safety; ensure materials, labor, and equipment are utilized efficiently.
  • Organize the technical and administrative team; supervise general contractors and subcontractors to ensure coherent progress toward project objectives.
  • Provide solutions to on-site concerns, make sound decisions, and ensure timely delivery of manpower and resources.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports; implement site safety and quality programs; formulate site rules and regulations.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed Architect.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the related field; solid experience in managing housing projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to be assigned to Padre Garcia Batangas.
  • Salary: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month.
