Due to the continued success and growth of Seven Consulting, we are currently seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our delivery practice on a full-time basis.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing large technology-based programs to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and quality, taking ownership, and overseeing the program through to completion.
• Working collaboratively with the client to align all key stakeholders into one team that has a shared vision and path to success.
• Ensuring transparency in reporting and all communications
• Solid stakeholder management and implementing rigorous program management and control disciplines will enable you to meet the client's expectations and deliver a quality service.
• Working with other senior PMO and Program professionals to provide your insights and collaborate with others to deliver a high-quality solution.
• Managing projects and programmes using waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery methods as appropriate.

What you bring:

You are a project professional with a strong history of successful delivery. You also pride yourself in possessing the following essential attributes:

• A successful track record of supporting the delivery of complex programs
• Track record of successfully managing multiple large $20-$50M programs for blue-chip clients
• Exceptional stakeholder management
• High energy levels to ensure successful project delivery or turnaround success
• Natural team-building skills and demonstrated leadership experience
• Excellent references from previous employers and client sponsors
• Experience in the delivery of programs using waterfall, agile, and hybrid techniques
• Project Management qualifications are preferred, but not essential
• High integrity
• Previous Consulting experience is not required.
