Service Scheduling Coordinator

Join the Service Scheduling Coordinator role at Schneider Electric . We are looking for an individual who can support North America Operations by proactively collaborating with various teams and ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The Role: Service Scheduling Coordinator. Responsibilities: Proactively manage open orders for APC accounts; field incoming inquiries from direct accounts regarding logistics, order fulfillment, and APC order management policies, working with other departments within APC to facilitate on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction. Field incoming and outgoing calls to customers regarding backorder of RMA’s and obtain a potential delivery date from USC Service Parts and convey the delivery date to the customer. Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with Service Providers (SP’s), Sales Personnel and Manufacturer Representatives, Vendors and Customers, both internal and external, to ensure proper implementation of agreed‑upon contractual obligations. Operate knowledge of evolving product/service payments to outside vendors and partners determined by the NAM Dispatch Fees. Review each Vendor or SP’s invoice for accuracy, process each invoice into the Oracle Database (iProcurement) in accordance with Sarbanes‑Oxley Act. Engage customers no longer in a contractual agreement with APC into the Time & Material procedure, including education on pricing, labor rates, travel and shipping expenses, and obtaining a completed and signed T&M form and Purchase Order. Maintain high information integrity of Siebel CRM System, correcting inaccuracies such as asset/customer relations, serial number inputs, and warranty updates upon UPS commissioning. Minimum 6 months of related working experience. Motivated team player able to work well individually with minimal supervision. Strong multi‑tasking, prioritizing, and efficient operation in a fast‑paced environment. Willingness to work in Rosario, Cavite. Amenable to Graveyard / Night shift duty.
