
Project Support Specialist

Context
The Project Support Specialist will focus on the implementation of respective processes, controls and resources to win work and deliver work with expected safety, quality and value for clients and SYSTRA.
Missions/Main Duties- Coordinate and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to project operations, contracts, and service delivery.
- Develop, review, and negotiate variations to contracts, programs, and project documentation.
- Collect and analyse data related to projects, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring accurate reporting.
- Collaborating with Project Managers and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Provide administrative and logistical support, including coordinating meetings, managing budgets, and processing invoices.
- Support the procurement process by onboarding new suppliers, tracking purchase orders, managing vendor communications, and ensuring timely delivery of project resources.
- Track project expenses and budget allocations, flagging any discrepancies for timely adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with project requirements, policies, and industry standards.
- High attention to detail with the ability to tailor written and verbal communication to targeted audiences' requirements.
- Puts forward own views and opinions openly whilst respecting the views of others.
- Capable of producing written materials with minimal guidance.
- Can communicate complex subjects clearly, logically and accurately in a way that is informative.

- Education: Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 – 4 years professional experience.
