Responsibilities Plan, create, and post advertisements across digital channels and other platforms. Coordinate with the design and content team to develop compelling ad materials. Monitor and analyze ad performance, adjusting strategies to optimize reach and engagement. Maintain a content posting calendar and ensure timely updates. Assist in developing marketing materials such as posters, flyers, and promotional content. Support marketing campaigns, events, and brand initiatives. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare regular reports on ad results and marketing activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field. At least 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising. Knowledge of social media management and digital ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.). Strong attention to detail, creativity, and analytical skills.
