Overview
CRAFT CI is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Sales Executive to lead market penetration of SpaTX, our spa operations and growth platform, into hotel spas across the Philippines—with a focus on properties not currently using any spa management software. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a purpose-led company, drive adoption of a fast-growing product, and help elevate spa operations in a dynamic hospitality market. As a key member of the SpaTX team, you will handle end-to-end sales development—from lead generation and relationship building to closing and onboarding support—supported by a collaborative regional team focused on continuous improvement and commercial success.
Responsibilities- Identify and qualify hotel spas across the Philippines that lack dedicated spa software systems.
- Establish strong relationships with hotel operators, spa directors, and ownership groups.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings and SpaTX product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, manage deal pipelines, and close new business in line with quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the CRAFT CI team to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client success.
- Maintain CRM documentation, contribute market intelligence, and provide feedback on product-market fit.

- Passion for wellness, hospitality, or technology (or ideally all three).
- Alignment with CRAFT CI’s values, particularly integrity, continuous improvement, and team collaboration.
- Preferred Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience in the hotel, spa, wellness, or SaaS sectors is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle and achieve revenue targets.
- Familiarity with spa operations or hospitality software platforms is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Tagalog; based in the Philippines with the ability to travel regionally.
