Qualifications
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Graduate of any course.
  • With at least 6 months service desk support experience using Italian language and in BPO setup.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting is an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Assist customers through phone, chat, email, or tickets raised via portal following proper processes and procedures using the Italian language.
  • Analyze and resolve issues based on interpretation and resolution of technical issues raised by users.
  • Provide quality support to users in solving their issues and to clients in onboarding their businesses by utilizing technical skills and knowledge in different technologies.
  • Report and log details as needed and ensure data accuracy.
