We are seeking a detail-oriented Drupal Web Content Specialist to manage, maintain, and optimize content across multiple corporate websites. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, content strategy knowledge, and collaboration with global stakeholders to ensure our digital content is accurate, accessible, and engaging. Key Responsibilities Create, edit, and publish content using Drupal CMS across corporate websites. Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines, SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and compliance requirements. Manage metadata, tags, and URL structures for optimal content discoverability. Monitor published content for accuracy, broken links, and expiration dates. Collaborate with stakeholders across geographical markets to prioritize content needs. Global Communication & Collaboration Liaise with cross-functional teams across various time zones. Gather requirements from regional teams and adapt content strategies accordingly. Coordinate with marketing teams and external agencies to implement content assets. Documentation & Training Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on Drupal workflows and best practices. Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders. Web Development & Technical Support Apply fundamental web development knowledge (HTML, CSS) to content tasks. Work with IT and QA teams to troubleshoot technical content issues. Manage content lifecycle, including updates, maintenance, and enhancements. Project Management Tools Utilize Jira and Confluence for task tracking, documentation, and collaboration. Support MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review processes through Veeva Vault or similar systems. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in web content management, preferably using Drupal CMS. Proficiency in Drupal (content types, views, taxonomy, workflows). Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web development concepts. Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Preferred Skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously. Analytical mindset with experience using content performance tools. Experience working in regulated environments and with MLR review processes. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
