This role plays a key part in sourcing top talent and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process. If you're passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to contribute to business success, we’d love to meet you Key Responsibilities Post job advertisements across various online platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, forums, etc.) Design and create engaging online visuals for job campaigns to attract the right candidates Screen candidate applications and resumes to match job qualifications and role requirements Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers Conduct daily initial interviews (via phone or video) to assess candidate fit Ensure timely and consistent communication with all candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain accurate records and regularly update candidate status and hiring stages within the applicant tracking system (ATS) Collaborate effectively with the Recruitment Manager and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelines Assist in improving recruitment strategies and processes to enhance candidate experience and hiring efficiency Qualifications Minimum 3 years of recruitment, solid mass-interviewing experience for a US-based company, specifically targeting Filipino/Philippine-based talent. Strong background in conducting daily Zoom interviews and managing high candidate volumes. Proven ability to objectively evaluate candidates based on skills, qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment. Excellent command of the English language — both verbal and written.Tech-savvy, quick learner, and proficient in recruitment tools, job platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Proactive, resourceful, and committed to meeting hiring targets and deadlines.
