Job Summary HMO on Day 1 Receive promising perks and rewards Experience travel opportunities Get recognized for what you do Achieve work-life balance Improve exponentially with enhanced learning Responsibilities Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms Check completed work for accuracy and correct data when necessary Comply with data integrity and security policies Provide customers with product and service information with highest quality standard Research required information using available resources Prepare and finalize reports (i.e., End of Day Report, other reports as requested) Attend to client calls and meeting as necessary Ensure that assigned and discussed KPIs are met Perform other related/ad hoc tasks that may be assigned by the client or Team Leader Adhere to Management strategies in assisting with Data Entry-related tasks as delegated in urgent situations Requirements At least 1-year experience in freight forwarding or logistics is a MUST Preferably licensed broker and with import/export shipment data entry experience Fresh graduates of BS Customs Administration or any shipping/logistics courses are welcome to apply With keen attention to details and accurate keyboard skills of at least 35WPM and 95% accuracy Knowledgeable in EDI Cargo Wise is an advantage but not required Knowledgeable in MS Office and has high computer literacy Must be a team player and willing to work in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, with positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent English language communication skills - both verbal and written Flexibility to accept and take on additional tasks when required Must be amenable to any work schedule as assigned Must be amenable to reporting onsite - Ortigas or Cubao office #J-18808-Ljbffr
