Job Description

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our clients' data, contributing to their operational efficiency and decision-making processes. This position demands precision, consistency, and a strong commitment to maintaining data quality and reliability.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night shift (11:00 PM - 8:00 AM), Weekends Off

Work setup: Onsite (Cebu City/Clark, Pampanga)

The Qualifications We Seek

• 1 to 3 years of experience
• Fluency in English
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative support role preferred
• Proficiency in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy and speed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Intermediate ability with MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Familiarity with data entry software and tools is a plus
• Background in insurance or accounting is a plus

Your Daily Tasks

• Data Entry: Input alphanumeric data from source documents into designated databases or electronic files
• Data Validation and Cleansing: Validate and cleanse data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity
• Document Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files containing data records
• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on data entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
• Timely Delivery: Meet established productivity and accuracy targets for data entry tasks
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency
• Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and resolve issues
