Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. Monitor and evaluate branch performance against established targets and take corrective actions when necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing branch team. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to staff members. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and employee growth. Conduct regular performance evaluations and goal-setting for team members. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential intermediaries and customers. Proven experience in a leadership role (at least 3-5 years of supervisory/managerial), preferably in branch management or a related field. Background or knowledge of non-life insurance. Strong understanding of the industry, products, and services offered by the organization. Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
