Role Summary: We're seeking an entrepreneurial, innovative, tech-savvy leader to build and manage a forward-thinking AI & Human Resources Department. Key Responsibilities Board and Legal Development: Recruit and onboard board members and key roles, oversee and support nonprofit formation processes, and collaborate on grant proposal submissions. Google Grant Ads & Fundraising: Assist in building a Board Of Executives, complete Google Nonprofit Grant Ads application, and design, launch, and manage ad campaigns. Website, Automation & AI Integration: Recruit and oversee the onboarding of a WordPress & Customer Support Agent, integrate ChatGPT and Sintra.ai for automated support, and configure connections to calendars and productivity tools. HR Strategy & Workforce Planning: Build a diverse team, create policies and workflows, plan/manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviews, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Event & Program Planning and Customer Service: Coordinate intake form management, outreach, and logistics for events, oversee verification and management of resources and partnerships, and communicate daily with the Director. Innovative Social Enterprise Projects: Assist the Director in designing and launching new ventures, such as a client-friendly recycling program and investment initiative. Qualifications Experience building and managing HR/operations departments and/or nonprofit organizations Strong background with digital tools (WordPress, AI/Sintra.ai, CRMs, Adwizar, Google Ads) Excellent written/verbal English communication Confident in legal/regulatory navigation for US nonprofits Creative, proactive, solutions-oriented, and deeply mission-driven Compensation To be discussed; competitive for the nonprofit sector, with opportunities for growth as we scale and secure new funding.
