Areas of Assignment: Misamis Oriental - covering Talisayan, Medina, Gingoog City and Magsaysay, CARAGA - covering Butuan City Qualifications: Graduate of any 4-year college course or at least 2 years in college Enjoys selling and interacting with people With good verbal and written communication skills With 1-2 years of experience in the FMCG industry Willing to do fieldwork Ability to drive a motorcycle is an advantage Preferably resides in Butuan City and familiar with the area of assignment Is flexible to be assigned anywhere in the assigned areas and nearby places Must be willing to undergo training in Manila Job Description: Overall Purpose To ensure the consistent attainment of the assigned sales volume, distribution, merchandising and accounts receivable objectives by planning and executing activities/programs that are assigned to the sales group's approved strategic/operating plans. Major Responsibilities Sales – consistently meet monthly, quarterly and annual volume objectives through effective implementation of sales process, channel/account strategies and trade programs Distribution/Merchandising – achieve objectives and execute processes and programs that optimize product availability and exposure in the assigned accounts Trade and Business Development – exploit business opportunities by addressing trade/account issues, conducting business reviews and tapping into account-initiated programs that promote sales/brand/category exposure Information System and Administrative Requirements – utilize available sales data and account information to enhance understanding, analysis and building the business while ensuring that all records, reports and other administrative requirements expected are updated, accomplished properly and submitted on time Sales Activity Management & Control – develop, utilize and maintain a system to monitor and control account programs, distribution and merchandising activities to assigned accounts Unsaleable Merchandise (B.O.'s) – ensure management of Trade BO returns within the company's acceptable level through strict, consistent implementation of the BO policy across all accounts, and helping these accounts observe and comply with proper product handling storage practices to minimize BOs Asset Management – maintain, protect and fully utilize all company assets assigned Trade Relations – cultivate and maintain productive working relationships with key personnel of assigned accounts while observing proper decorum on the job to project and protect the good image of the company Job Type and Benefits Job Type: Full-time Benefits include: Company Christmas gift Company events Discounted lunch Employee discount Health insurance Opportunities for promotion Paid training Promotion to permanent employee Staff meals provided Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: On the road #J-18808-Ljbffr
