Lipa, Philippines Remote VA Full time

Remote VA is seeking an experienced Account Receivable and Collection Specialist with expertise in QuickBooks to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize QuickBooks to manage accounts receivable and track payment records.
  2. Handle incoming payments, reconciling and applying them accurately within the system.
  3. Contact clients to follow up on overdue invoices and resolve any payment disputes.
  4. Prepare and issue invoices, credit memos, and account statements.
  5. Generate and analyze reports related to accounts receivable and collection efforts.
  6. Assist in improving collection processes and implementing effective techniques.
  7. Work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure compliance with internal policies.
  8. Maintain and organize documentation related to accounts receivable activities.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections.
  2. Expertise in QuickBooks is required.
  3. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
